Focus Program (beginning Oct. 1, 2009):
Assertiveness and Self-Esteem

Energize your self-esteem and assertiveness by learning
new ways to understand, respect, and express your
authentic self. Informed by the principles of Neurolinguistic
Programming (NLP), the 8-week training helps you pinpoint
your stumbling blocks and develop a healthier, more assertive “you”. Discover the
strategies that your brain uses to create (and diffuse) fears; learn how 90% of your
messages of insecurity are nonverbal; “test drive” the worldview of the people who
used to intimidate you; and renew the self-love and self-acceptance that you are
worthy of.
